Here is our look at the top selling video games for each PEGI age rating for the week ending 5th January 2013. We break down the top selling games into the five PEGI age ratings.

PEGI 3 and PEGI 16 rating charts are unchanged this week. The PEGI 7 category sees Sonic and Skylanders trade places while Forza and Lego Lord of the Rings do the same in the PEGI 12 top three. Far Cry 3 takes the top spot for PEGI 18 games this week.

This grouping represents appropriateness of content rather than the ability or age required to enjoy the game. The Family Gamer TV Awards offer a list of games grouped by player ability in each of these PEGI age groups.
