All About Angry Birds Transformers

The Angry Birds series started as a smartphone game where players fling cartoon birds at different structures to make them collapse. There have been many variations on this theme, most recently incorporating Disney Infinity style figures in the form of Angry Bird telepods.

Developer Rovio has recently announced a new cross-over game that uses these telepods toys to access in game characters: Angry Birds Transformers. This will be the third game in the Telepods line and we're expecting it to follow the Angry Birds Go style of game-play quite closely.

Being a Transformers game, the Autobird and Deceptihog toys (as they are being called) transform from robots to cars and offer some simple articulation to make physical play that little bit more attractive.
