It's Safe Internet Day tomorrow, and BBC Own It is showcasing lots of great ways to engage your children with the Safer Internet Day themes

If you want your child to be safer online, and consider where the content they share might go, then many of the videos and quizzes here are a great way to direct them. This year there's a video from Strictly’s AJ about taking care with selfies. There's a video from YouTubers Max and Harvey who offer advice to parents not to share pictures without thinking. "Find out if you've got a sharent", they say about their new questionnaire.

There's also other content on the BBC Own It site to help inspire your child into a career in video games. Why not check out our guide on careers in the industry for yourself while they can some insider knowledge from DanTDM.

It's a perfect complement to all the great content on playing safely and healthily on AskAboutGames. If you have children aged 8-12 then why not send them a link.
